At Timex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Watch

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the completed return form.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email once your refund is processed.
